Automotive BDC Representative

Description of the role:

Join our team at Smithtown Nissan and Infiniti of Smithtown as an Automotive BDC Representative. This role involves communicating with customers to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. We have a BRAND NEW state of the art building that is a dual branded location. 

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers through phone, email, and online chat
• Schedule appointments for services or test drives
• Provide information about vehicles, promotions, and services
• Maintain customer database and follow up on leads

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
