The France Foundation is searching for a highly organized, energetic, and solution-oriented Data Analyst to join our amazing team. Your efforts to centralize data output and data analysis of projects will provide an efficient way to capture and report robust data to demonstrate the impact our educational activities have on the way healthcare providers manage their patients, ultimately leading to improved patient care.

Responsibilities:
Work with the project team to test and review evaluation instruments and data output
Aggregate and summarize qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources
Initiate and build outcomes reports that use data to highlight the educational impact of the project while demonstrating goals and deliverables were met
Collaborate with the data centralization team to make improvements in data collection and aggregation
Integrate activity data for all grants into project specific data dashboards
Develop visual narratives that convey complex insights in an easily digestible manner
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
What you'll need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience
Outcomes planning and reporting experience required; within the healthcare, medical education, or other education setting highly preferred
Competence performing statistical analysis
Strong skills in coding and developing data dashboards, including Power BI, Tableau, Lookr, etc.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly deadline-driven environment
Experience working on a project management platform to organize, manage, and connect tasks to the broader project and dependent workstreams
Ability to work independently, and easy rapport in building collaborative work relationships
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
An excitement to learn and to share learnings with the larger team
