Role Overview: We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy across all business units. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content, enhance brand presence, and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with Account Managers to plan and maintain a social media content calendar. Work closely with the graphic design team to create visually engaging and brand-consistent graphics for social media. Partner with the communications leader to craft compelling and on-brand copy that enhances engagement. Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization. Stay up to date on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve strategy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience for 6-8 years in social media management with a track record of driving engagement and growth. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools. Ability to collaborate across teams and effectively translate brand messaging into engaging social content. Experience working with graphic designers and content teams to create cohesive brand storytelling. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize strategy accordingly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
