The SME – Talent Acquisition will drive end-to-end hiring for leadership roles, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and high-quality candidate delivery. The role involves mentoring junior recruiters, optimizing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. The SME will act as a subject matter expert in recruitment processes, market intelligence, and talent mapping, while maintaining high standards of delivery, compliance, and collaboration.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Post-graduation preferred)
4–7 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to leadership hiring
Prior Experience In Team Handling Or Mentoring Is Preferred.
Shift Timings - 9-hour work shift aligned to US business hours, within 5:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST
