🚀 We’re Hiring: Subject Matter Expert – TET (Traineeship | WFH)
📍 Location: Work From Home
📄 Employment Type: Traineeship (6 Months)

We are looking for passionate and skilled educators to join our academic team as Subject Matter Experts (TET). If you have strong subject knowledge and experience in exam-oriented content creation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
✅ Eligibility & Qualifications
- Must have cleared CTET or any State TET.
- PhD (Pursuing/Awarded) in preferred subject – not mandatory.
- Master’s degree in relevant Social Science discipline from a recognized university (mandatory).
- Expertise in descriptive question writing.
- Sound knowledge of teaching exam patterns, syllabus & evaluation criteria.
- Ability to design exam-aligned, outcome-driven content.
💼 Experience Required
- 1.5–2.5 years of experience in content creation or teaching.
🎯 Skill Sets
- Strong conceptual clarity in the subject.
- Ability to create exam-oriented content with detailed solutions.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs & AI tools.
- Excellent command over English and Hindi.
📌 Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and frame PGT-level questions with plagiarism-free explanations.
- Create diverse practice materials for teaching exams.
- Provide timely doubt resolution.
- Conduct exam research for different teaching examinations.
- Prepare high-quality descriptive content.
- Work efficiently with Google Sheets and ChatGPT tools.
