Mialtus Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an ambitious SME Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring and managing Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) clients. If you have experience in General Insurance and enjoy consultative B2B sales, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new SME clients across diverse industries.
- Generate leads through direct sales, networking, referrals, channel partners, and industry associations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable General Insurance solutions.
- Drive cross-selling opportunities and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Coordinate with insurers and internal teams to ensure seamless policy issuance, renewals, and claims support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
What We're Looking For
β 2β3 years of experience in Insurance Broking or General Insurance Sales.
β Strong understanding of SME and Commercial Insurance products.
β Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
β Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
β Experience in managing business insurance portfolios will be an added advantage.
