Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a SME-Relationship Manager located in Gurugram. The SME-Relationship Manager will oversee building and nurturing relationships with small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, assessing their insurance needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, expanding the customer portfolio, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational objectives and deliver enhanced client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Relationship Management and Client Servicing skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Sales Acumen and Account Management expertise, with the ability to identify and cater to client needs effectively.
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Networking abilities to establish and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking skills for addressing complex client requirements and providing well-suited solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and deliver under tight deadlines.
