Job Summary
The SME-Policy Servicing role is crucial for ensuring efficient policy management and servicing within our organization. With a focus on MS Office skills and a background in Property & Casualty Insurance the candidate will contribute to optimizing policy processes and enhancing customer satisfaction. This hybrid role requires adaptability to rotational shifts offering a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the policy servicing process to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Provide expert guidance on policy management utilizing MS Office tools to streamline operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance policy servicing workflows and improve efficiency
- Analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize policy servicing and customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of policy amendments and endorsements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Facilitate communication between policyholders and internal teams to resolve inquiries and issues
- Monitor policy servicing metrics to assess performance and identify areas for enhancement
- Train and mentor junior staff on policy servicing procedures and industry standards
- Coordinate with IT teams to leverage technology for improved policy servicing solutions
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on policy servicing activities and outcomes
- Support the development of policy servicing documentation and training materials
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to manage policy servicing tasks effectively
- Possess a strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance principles and practices
- Exhibit excellent analytical skills to interpret policy data and drive improvements
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts
