We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our DSA vertical. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through Prime LAP and School Cases (EDI), leveraging strong market knowledge and established channel relationships. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint and delivering impactful results.
- Develop and manage relationships with DSAs to achieve business targets in the LAP segment.
- Drive sales for ticket sizes up to ₹3 Cr, focusing on Prime LAP and School Cases (EDI).
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the DSA network in the Delhi NCR region.
- Monitor sales performance, ensure compliance, and maintain high-quality portfolio standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Experience: 5–6 years in the DSA channel within NBFCs or Banks.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record in Prime LAP and School Cases (EDI).
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Delhi NCR geography and customer segments.
- Skills: Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and sales execution abilities.
- Performance: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing channel partners.
