We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to support the development and launch of professional certification and online learning programs. This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in education, e-learning operations, content evaluation, and course management.
The role includes evaluating course modules, reviewing exam questions, supporting operational workflows, and assisting with all key activities required for successful course launches. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate course modules, learning materials, and certification content
- Assess exam questions for quality, accuracy, clarity, and relevance
- Support operational and coordination tasks related to course launches
- Assist in documentation, formatting, and quality assurance processes
- Coordinate with internal teams, SMEs, designers, and content contributors
- Conduct research and validation for course-related topics
- Maintain timelines and ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or project management tools is preferred
- Interest in online learning, certifications, AI, technology, or educational content is a plus
This is a remote, project-based opportunity with flexible work arrangements. Candidates must have their own laptop/device (BYOD – Bring Your Own Device). Compensation will be provided as per industry standards and project scope.
