Role Summary
DriveCAM Admin Support
- Analyze and reconcile telematics and asset data by comparing offline device reports with internal system records, filtering out non-actionable units (e.g., sold, removed, inactive, or leased assets) and identifying items requiring follow-up.
- Generate and consolidate reports from multiple systems into a single, unified view, including summaries by location, to support operational visibility and decision-making.
- Maintain and update system records by creating and modifying driver, vehicle, and asset information, ensuring device identifiers (e.g., serial numbers) are accurately linked and all units are properly installed, reporting, and functioning.
- Perform ongoing data reconciliation across systems, produce daily status reports, and communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
