- Shift Timing: Rotational / Day Shift / Night Shift (e.g., 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Cab Facility: Company-provided cab for pick-up and drop as per the company transport policy
- Medical Policy: Comprehensive medical insurance policy with coverage for specified parents Updating and filing
Role Summary
- DOT Medical cards, and DOT Road Test within Fuse, and uploading to AINSIGHT platform
- Calling employees to reschedule missed DOT physical appointments and/or scheduling recertifications appointments for DOT physicals as cert are ready to expire.
- Calling employees to collect missing information on DOT Applications, such as addresses, phone numbers, missing employment history, etc.
- Sending out DOT Applications to applications that are ready to enroll.
- Updating DOT tracking sheets to identify documents coming up on expiration, out of compliance, or missing documents.
- Following up with Managers to collect missing MEC card, and DOT Road tests from employees.
- Assist with tracking and maintaining driver qualification files, including CDL status, medical certifications, and hours-of-service documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
