Role OverviewThis role focuses on managing recruitment operations and ensuring successful hiring outcomes for SMB employer accounts. You will work closely with employers and internal teams to drive efficient and timely hiring.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations for assigned employer accounts
- Understand hiring requirements and align them with available candidate pools
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of candidate shortlists
- Track hiring progress and ensure defined timelines are met
- Handle employer communication, follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Support and guide internal teams on execution and quality standards
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, operations, or related roles
- Good understanding of hiring processes and employer expectations
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Structured and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
