🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
✅ Handle overall IPQC / PQC activities and quality documentation
✅ Perform reflow profile validation and profile board preparation
✅ Conduct process audits on SMT production floor
✅ Maintain quality check sheets and inspection reports
✅ Track rejection reports and perform analysis
✅ Verify component loading, alternate parts, and PCB barcode details
✅ Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) activities
✅ Implement ECN / ECO changes in production process
✅ Ensure 5S, ESD compliance, and proper labeling
✅ Manage MSL components and raw material quality checks
✅ Monitor machine reports and take corrective actions
✅ Support LCR programming for new models
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔ Experience in SMT / EMS quality operations
✔ Strong knowledge of SMT process & PCB assembly
✔ Good documentation and analytical skills
✔ Experience in audits and quality control activities
✔ Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment
