🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
✅ Handle SMT machine maintenance and troubleshooting activities
✅ Perform preventive maintenance and prepare maintenance reports
✅ Create and modify SMT machine programs
✅ Support production activities to reduce defects and spoilage
✅ Implement ECN/ECO changes in production programs
✅ Perform process improvement and output enhancement activities
✅ Manage AOI / SPI / DGS / Program backup operations
✅ Handle PanaCIM control and operator authorization activities
✅ Conduct root cause analysis for SMT defects
✅ Support shift-wise SMT production operations
✅ Train SMT operators for machine operations and maintenance
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔ Experience in SMT / EMS manufacturing industry
✔ Hands-on experience in Panasonic SMT machines & PanaCIM
✔ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
✔ Good communication and team handling abilities
✔ Ability to work in fast-paced production environment
