About The Role
We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on
HR Business Partner who can support our
SMB business in building high-performing teams.
This role will anchor
Performance Management, Learning & Development, and People Analytics, while driving culture, programs, and org effectiveness.
Requirements
What You'll Own
- Partner with SMB business on org design, talent planning, and people strategy
- Lead Performance Management cycles, OKR alignment & continuous feedback culture
- Drive Learning & Development programs, skills-gap analysis & capability building
- Own People analytics—attrition insights, engagement metrics, productivity dashboards
- Solve org challenges using data-driven insights & leadership partnership
- Manage employee experience interventions & governance
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience as HRBP in a fast-paced startup / scale-up environment
- Experience in solving complex distribution and frontline workforce challenges
- Strong grounding in performance systems & capability frameworks
- Excellent grip on Google Sheets, data analysis, and insights storytelling
- High empathy, problem-solving capability, and business acumen
Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar
- Proven track record of aligning HR initiatives with business goals
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and challenge at all levels of the organization
- Surge to think strategically while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
