Role Description
We’re looking for driven and customer-focused Account Managers to spearhead new customer acquisition in India’s SMB segment.
Key Responsibilities -
• Drive Greenfield Acquisition Lead sales of our specially curated India-market SKU to new SMB customers, and expand deals with Digital Media solutions.
• Achieve Targets Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas by executing high-volume, high- quality sales activities.
• Act on Marketing Leads Follow up promptly on Marketing Ǫualified Leads (MǪLs) and collaborate with Marketing on demand generation.
• Maintain Pipeline Discipline Keep CRM data accurate, update opportunity stages, and provide regular pipeline reports.
• Deliver Engaging Demos Conduct basic product demonstrations and involve product specialists to maximize deal value.
What We’re Looking For-
• Education: Graduation (Bachelor’s degree) required.
• Sales Experience: IT/software or SaaS sales—inside sales and India SMB experience highly valued. Familiarity with consultative selling, CRM tools, and basic sales methodologies (BANT, objection handling) a plus.
• Customer Acquisition Expertise: Proven success in aggressive prospecting and outreach roles.
• Outstanding Communication: Ability to build trust via clear, professional communication across phone, email, and video. Strong cold-calling skills.
