Front-End Software Engineer

Smartsheet is looking for a Front-End Software Engineer to join our growing Engineering team. In this role, you will work on building new features and functionality for our web application, helping to shape the future direction of our product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy highly scalable, maintainable, and performant front-end systems. Responsibilities: - Develop new features and functionality for our web application using modern JavaScript frameworks and tools - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and execute on technical roadmaps - Write clean, well-documented, and testable code - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members - Research and evaluate new technologies to improve our front-end architecture and developer experience - Support and maintain existing front-end systems Requirements: - 3+ years of experience building web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and tools (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js) - Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration/deployment practices - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
