Vice President of Sales - Natural

Medical, dental, and vision insurance Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred Experience Requirements: Minimum of 15 years' sales experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry - refrigerated natural beverage or wellness products (strongly preferred) Proven track record of establishing new business and managing accounts within the Natural channel Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment Other Requirements: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver results Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies Analytical mindset with the proficiency in sales data analysis and forecasting Flexibility to travel as needed Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Natural class of trade to achieve revenue and profitability targets Lead a team of sales partners ("brokers"), providing clear direction, KPIs and on-going business planning to meet department and company fiscal goals Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, distributors, and strategic partners, to drive sales and distribution of Pressed Juicery products Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach and penetration Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
