Location: Permanent Remote Work from Home in India

Minimum Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, including leadership roles, with          a focus on AI/ML, backend development, and cloud architecture.

Shift Timings: 12pm - 9:30pm (Summer), 1pm - 10:30pm (Winter)

• Leadership & Growth: Proven ability to lead a technical team in India, starting with a small squad and scaling it as the company grows.
• Multi-Tenant Platform Expertise: Experience in designing and deploying secure, scalable SaaS platforms with structured and unstructured data integration.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills to work effectively with global stakeholders and align the technical team with the company’s vision.

Desired skills and experience

• Experience managing distributed or international teams.
• Familiarity with supplier management, procurement, or sustainability workflows.
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS platform scaling.
• Security and compliance (ISO27001)
