Location: Remote Work from Home in India
Minimum Experience: 3+ years’ RPA ,1+ years’ programming language and Databases
Shift Timings: 12 pm - 9:30 pm (Summer), 1 pm - 10:30 pm (Winter)
Roles and responsibilities
- Design & Development: Develop and implement automated workflows using our proprietary automation platform and Microsoft Fabric.
- Collaboration: Work with solution architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver automation projects that meet business needs. Contribute to stand-ups and sprints.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct end-to-end testing, troubleshoot automation scripts, and ensure that automation solutions are robust, scalable, and reliable.
- Maintenance & Support: Maintain and update existing automation workflows, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and provide support for deployed automations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the automation processes and solutions.
- Essential skills and experience
- 3+ years experience in RPA Development (using software such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.)
- 1+ years experience using a programming language (i.e. JavaScript/Python/C#)
- Strong experience with relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Problem solving! It’s the no. 1 quality we look for in a good RPA developer at Traverse.
- Experience mentoring juniors.
- Experience communicating with customers or non-technical colleagues i.e. can comfortably translate non-technical to technical and vice versa.
- Desired skills and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Databricks / Azure Synapse Analytics
- Experience with React / Retool
- Experience with Power BI
