About the role
Roles and responsibilities
- Sales Operations:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in our sales process. Use data to analyse our sales performance.
- CRM Management:
- Serve as the CRM expert, overseeing lead management, scoring and sequence optimization to support SDR and sales efforts.
- Strategic Content & Collateral Development:
- Improve sales pitch decks, nurturing sequences and sales collateral. Manage content solutions, case studies and client reviews.
- Prospect List Building:
- Develop effective strategies for identifying and building high-quality prospect lists, ensuring our outreach is targeted and impactful. Build our ICP.
- Innovative Outreach Collaboration:
- Work closely with SDRs to implement new outreach methods that help us meet and exceed sales targets.
- Understand Our Clients:
- Work closely with our Customer Success Team to understand our clients’ needs and challenges, and use this knowledge to improve our sales process.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven Sales Operations Experience:
- A strong track record of success in sales operations or similar roles.
- Strategic Thinking:
- The ability to think critically, analyse complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
- Data-Driven Approach:
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent Communication Skills:
- The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Project Management Skills:
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with CRM tools and other sales enablement technologies.
