About the role

Roles and responsibilities

 

  • Sales Operations: 
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in our sales process. Use data to analyse our sales performance.
  • CRM Management:
    • Serve as the CRM expert, overseeing lead management, scoring and sequence optimization to support SDR and sales efforts.
  • Strategic Content & Collateral Development: 
    • Improve sales pitch decks, nurturing sequences and sales collateral. Manage content solutions, case studies and client reviews.
  • Prospect List Building: 
    • Develop effective strategies for identifying and building high-quality prospect lists, ensuring our outreach is targeted and impactful. Build our ICP.
  • Innovative Outreach Collaboration: 
    • Work closely with SDRs to implement new outreach methods that help us meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Understand Our Clients: 
    • Work closely with our Customer Success Team to understand our clients’ needs and challenges, and use this knowledge to improve our sales process.

 

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven Sales Operations Experience:
    • A strong track record of success in sales operations or similar roles.
  • Strategic Thinking: 
    • The ability to think critically, analyse complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Data-Driven Approach: 
    • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: 
    • The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Project Management Skills: 
    • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: 
    • Experience with CRM tools and other sales enablement technologies.
