<strong>Role Overview</strong><br> The Software Architect – Advanced serves as a senior Salesforce Administrator responsible for the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and integration of an enterprise Salesforce environment. This role focuses on daily platform operations, sandbox management, workflow monitoring, and identity and system integrations. The position supports a production Salesforce instance and works closely with internal teams and external platforms to maintain secure, reliable, and effective service delivery.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities<br>Salesforce Administration & Platform Operations</strong></div><ul>
<li>Perform daily Salesforce administration including user account creation, modification, and deactivation</li>
<li>Manage profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure secure and appropriate access</li>
<li>Monitor Salesforce platform health and support routine operational needs</li>
</ul><div><strong>Sandbox & Environment Management</strong></div><ul>
<li>Create and manage Salesforce sandbox environments for development, testing, and quality assurance</li>
<li>Support promotion of configuration and code changes between environments</li>
<li>Coordinate with development teams to ensure controlled and accurate deployments</li>
</ul><div><strong>Workflow & Automation Monitoring</strong></div><ul>
<li>Monitor workflow queues and automation processes to ensure proper operation</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve workflow, flow, or automation issues</li>
<li>Support platform stability and operational continuity</li>
</ul><div><strong>Integrations & Identity Management</strong></div><ul>
<li>Support and maintain external integrations with systems such as AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and Azure Active Directory</li>
<li>Configure and manage identity providers with a focus on Azure AD for authentication and single sign-on</li>
<li>Ensure reliable data synchronization and secure identity management</li>
</ul><div><strong>Documentation, Training & Support</strong></div><ul>
<li>Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of Salesforce configurations and processes</li>
<li>Provide guidance, training, and operational support to end users as needed</li>
<li>Support audit, security, and compliance documentation requirements</li>
</ul><div><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Salesforce Administrator certification</li>
<li>5 or more years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator</li>
<li>Strong experience supporting daily Salesforce maintenance and operational tasks</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience</li>
<li>Ability to meet pre-employment background and compliance requirements</li>
</ul><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Experience creating and managing Salesforce sandbox environments</li>
<li>Experience promoting configuration or code changes between Salesforce environments</li>
<li>Familiarity with integrations involving AWS Connect, ServiceNow, or Azure Active Directory</li>
<li>Experience supporting enterprise or government environments</li>
