Business Systems Analyst Advisor

Looking to the future, Smart Data Solutions has ambitious growth plans for the next few years and is currently seeking a Product Development Manager to join our team.

What you’ll be doing?

• Drives the technology and automation culture through process design
• Guides the assessment of business process to define the deliverables, acceptance criteria and business outcomes based on organizations needs and project scope
• Creates and manages updates to business, functional, reporting, configuration and reject requirements
• Creates workflow and solution diagrams to outline current to future state
• Works with the Product Development team to conduct gap analysis and provide impact assessment as required
• Develops current to future state operational workflow and process mapping to identify hand-offs, operating procedures and control needs
• Creates the traceable documents to ensure outcomes align with client requirements
• Maintains business and functional requirements identified by the Product Owner and operations teams.
• I dentifies test scenarios and creates test plans and test cases aligned with full regression testing and testing product requirements
• Executes testing to align with test strategy, plan and test cases
• Support resolution and follow up on open issues, defect re-testing, actions and risks that impact requirements and overall deliverables
• Support and conduct operational assessments to optimize efficiencies and offerings
• Ensure organizational compliance with regulations and company policies and procedures
• Provide information, assistance and/or other aid that helps to build or maintain effective and harmonious relationships/partnerships with team members, peers/colleagues inside or outside the organization to build a basis for future reciprocity.
• Hosts team meetings and/or as needed team stand ups to promote collaboration and ensure sufficient direction is provided timely and adequate communication exists
• Make yourself available/ visible via Zoom/Teams/Skype/Telecom etc. during core business hours which may be dictated by the location of the client being supported

What we’re looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years industry experience in multiple functional operational areas of the healthcare services industry
• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, technical solution design, automation and testing practices
• 3+ years of experience managing or working with diverse global teams
• 3+ years’ experience working with in Product Development
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures
• Proficiency in SQL, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other related business applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and competing demands
• Possess organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.

Position type and expected hours of work

This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 1 a.m IST.
