About the role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager to lead and execute a cutting-edge SEO strategy for smallcase and Tickertape. The ideal candidate will drive organic growth, optimize content, and enhance search visibility while adapting to the evolving search landscape. You will work closely with content, tech, and marketing teams to ensure our platforms stay ahead in an AI-first world by leveraging product-led SEO, LLM-optimized content, and modern SEO techniques

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and execute a future-proof SEO strategy aligned with AI-driven search trends (LLM SEO).
• Increase organic market share in existing categories.
• Identify and grow new organic categories that are relevant to the business.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, topical authority building, and competitor analysis.
• Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, structured data, internal linking).
• Build and execute an effective link-building and digital PR strategy.
• Define content strategy to create AI-optimized, search-friendly content.
• Work with the product/dev team to improve technical SEO (site speed, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexability).
• Monitor Google Core algorithm updates, AI-driven search shifts, and E-E-A-T principles.
• Leverage AI tools for SEO automation, content creation, and predictive analytics.
• Track performance using SEO analytics tools (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush).

What we look for in you:

• 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in fintech.
• Strong knowledge of AI-first SEO strategies and Google’s evolving ranking algorithms.
• Expertise in product-led and content-led SEO and AI-generated search results.
• Proficiency with technical SEO, site audits, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO implementation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience managing SEO projects across teams in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Nice to-haves:

• Proven experience in fintech, stock markets, or investment-related platforms.
• Background in AI-driven content marketing and programmatic SEO.
• Understanding of entity-based SEO, Knowledge Graph, and NLP for search.
