Job Summary
The Sales Manager will lead and drive HoReCa sales across Delhi NCR for kitchenware and cutlery products. The role focuses on managing key accounts, leading a sales team, strengthening distributor networks, and capturing large institutional and project-based opportunities in a highly competitive and volume-driven market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth across Delhi NCR
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ASMs and sales executives
- Develop strong relationships with key HoReCa clients, including hotels (Aerocity, Central Delhi), QSR chains, fine-dining restaurants, caterers, and banquet operators
- Identify and close large opportunities such as hotel openings, banqueting contracts, and central kitchen setups
- Appoint and manage distributors across Delhi NCR, ensure strong secondary sales and coverage
- Maintain strong engagement with chefs, F&B heads, and procurement teams
- Monitor competitor brands (local and imported) and pricing dynamics in the NCR market
- Collaborate with marketing for exhibitions, chef meets, and trade activations
- Review sales forecasts, pipeline, and team performance regularly
- Ensure timely collections and effective credit management
Key Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 6–10 years of experience in HoReCa sales, kitchenware, cutlery, hospitality supplies, or related B2B segment
- Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience
- Strong network within the Delhi NCR HoReCa ecosystem
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling key accounts
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and business development skills
- Comfortable with frequent travel across NCR
