Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled Head Machine programmer + setter with strong hands on experience in machine programming, setting, and production processes. The ideal candidates should have a solid technical background and the ability to ensure efficient and accurate production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate sliding head(swiss-type) machines efficiently.
- Set up machines and tools as per production requirements.
- Ensure proper machine calibration and smooth operation.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Handle production documentation and reporting.
- maintain production quality and meet output targets.
- Troubleshoot machine issues an minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Required Skills and experience :
- Strong knowledge of sliding head machine and operations.
- Hands-on experience in programming and machine setting.
- Understanding of production processes and documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Educational Qualification :
- ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Preferred Candidates Profile :
- Detail- Oriented and technically sound.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing precision engineering setup is preferred.
