As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing the backend systems that power our quick commerce platform. You’ll work closely with a team of passionate technologists and product enthusiasts, using your expertise in Python, Postgres, Redis, Elastic Search, and Azure to build a high-performance, reliable infrastructure for a next-generation fashion marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain backend systems to support quick commerce functionality for a large user base.
2. Work with technologies like Python, Postgres, Redis, Elastic Search, and Azure to build and optimize features.
3. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other team members to deliver seamless user experiences.
4. Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability as the platform grows.
5. Implement best practices in code quality, security, and database management.
6. Troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, and continuously improve backend processes and architecture.
   
   

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong command of Python.
2. Proficiency in Postgres, Redis, and Elastic Search.
3. Experience with cloud services, preferably Azure, for application deployment and management.
4. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for optimizing backend performance.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
