Mattress Tester

We are looking for a Mattress Tester to join our team. As a Mattress Tester, you will be responsible for evaluating the performance, comfort, and quality of our mattresses. Your primary duties will include conducting comprehensive tests, providing detailed feedback, and collaborating with our product development team to improve our mattress offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct rigorous testing on various mattress prototypes and models to assess factors such as support, pressure relief, temperature regulation, and durability. - Provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback on the performance and user experience of our mattresses. - Collaborate with the product development team to identify areas for improvement and suggest design changes or enhancements. - Maintain accurate and comprehensive test records, documentation, and data analysis. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in mattress design and testing. - Participate in the development and refinement of our testing protocols and methodologies. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as materials science, engineering, or product design. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mattress or sleep product testing and evaluation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings effectively. - Attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping abilities. - Passion for sleep and a deep understanding of the science behind mattress performance and sleep quality. - Flexibility to work in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
