The CAM Field Engineer is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery.
- Responsible for pre-commissioning, commissioning & troubleshooting activities which included witnessing mechanical completion, catalyst loading, filter elements' installation, loop testing and verification, leak testing, start-up and tuning of fired heaters and inspection of vessels for readiness.
- Commissioning included start-up, performance monitoring, fine tuning, and performance guarantee test runs.
- Demonstrate excellence in learning and competency development activities.
- Ensure safe, timely, and compliant operations at the wellsite, job location, or plant, including rig‑up and rig‑down of equipment.
- Mentor and support team members as required to enhance performance and capability.
- Participate in Job Risk Analysis (JRA) and continuous improvement programs.
- Engage with customers to promote company products and services and maintain strong working relationships.
- Act as a backup to first‑level management, when requested.
- Review and analyze operational, maintenance, production, and technical data, and develop recommendations for effective solutions.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
- Read, interpret, and review P&IDs, PFDs, and equipment, instrumentation, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, schedules, budgets, and other required documentation for assigned projects.
