Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Conversions is responsible for performing and managing the PEO Takeover and MEP Deconversion processes for incoming and exiting Master PEPs, MEPs and/or PEOs. They will act as the subject matter expert (SME) for this process for internal and external clients.
Essential Functions
• Advise clients, new/former recordkeepers and internal business partners of the current process, performance, and development of the PEO Takeover and MEP Deconversion processes
• SME to external clients and internal stakeholders regarding the implementation process for new and departing MEP clients.
• With minimal supervision, manage all steps of the implementation and deconversion processes for new and departing MEP clients and serve as the primary client contact during this time
• Lead all calls related to the project, including preparing and managing to an agenda and preparing comprehensive meeting minutes and managing takeaways
• Effectively communicate the conversion and deconversion processes and provide guidance and support to clients
• Oversee the quality assurance of work related to the conversion and deconversion processes according to industry, regulatory and organizational standards
• Reviews all Plan Sponsor plan specifications to correctly map new plan Adoption Agreements and Amendments
• Identify and initiate optimization of current processes
• Manage the distribution of new plan documents to clients of the Plan Sponsor
• Gathers all Slavic forms and documents for review, revision, and standardization and uploads finalized documents into Salesforce.com.
• Train and educate fellow team members and behave as the point person for team member questions.
• Monitors and stays current on all legislative updates and maintains comprehensive knowledge of retirement plan regulations.
• Oversee the quality assurance of work completed by the department according to industry, regulatory and organizational standards
• High level of expertise using Relius and propriety software to extract and analyze data to prepare documentation and process timely
• Consistently adhere to service standards communicated to our internal business partners and clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to research and resolve specific scenarios
• All other duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities
• Extensive knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations as they pertain to retirement plans
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issue independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortability behaving as a resource for other team members
• Ability to work with accuracy and precision in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Extremely detail oriented and organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines
Experience
• Minimum of 5 years 401(k) industry experience required with Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations as they pertain to retirement plans
• 3+ years of client-facing or customer support experience in the financial services industry required
• 2+ years advanced Microsoft Excel experience
• 1+ year of Salesforce or other CRM required
• 1+ year recordkeeping software (Relius) experience required
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business, political science, or related field of study or equivalent
combination of education and additional experience

What’s in it for you Package
This role will have a base pay range of $73,000 - $92,000. Please know, this is the base range only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for this role. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.
