Skylo is on a mission to connect everything, everywhere. As we scale our network operations, we're looking to hire a Level 2 NOC Engineer in Pune to help monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the reliability of our services.

What You’ll Do

  1. Monitor network and system health using NOC tools and dashboards
  2. Investigate and resolve incidents escalated from L1 support
  3. Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
  4. Support planned maintenance, software upgrades, and deployments
  5. Document incidents, actions taken, and resolution steps clearly
  6. Ensure uptime SLAs and service reliability across all systems

What We’re Looking For

  1. 4+ years of experience in NOC operations or network/system support
  2. Strong knowledge of Linux, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs), and monitoring tools
  3. Familiarity with cloud platforms and network architecture
  4. Ability to manage and resolve incidents under pressure
  5. Excellent communication and documentation skills
