About the Role:
We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for a dynamic and proactive HR professional who can manage multiple aspects of human resources, from recruitment and employee engagement to policy implementation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Implement and manage HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
• Handle performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback cycles.
• Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and other HR operations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for employee queries and conflict resolution.
• Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus.
