The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving subscriber growth, revenue, and market share for ISP and IPTV services. This includes managing sales teams, developing go-to-market strategies, building partnerships, and ensuring customer acquisition and retention targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute sales strategies for broadband and IPTV packages.
Identify target markets (residential, enterprise, bulk connections).
Analyze competitors, pricing, and market trends to position offerings effectively.
2. Team Management
Recruit, train, and lead field sales executives and channel partners.
Set sales targets (daily/weekly/monthly) and monitor performance.
Motivate teams through incentives, commissions, and performance reviews.
3. Customer Acquisition
Drive new subscriber growth for fiber broadband, Lease line and IPTV services.
Oversee direct sales and indirect sales.
Ensure strong pipeline management and lead conversion.
4. Channel & Partner Development
Build and manage relationships.
Expand distribution network in new and existing areas.
5. Revenue & Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly revenue and subscriber targets.
Upsell bundled services (Internet + IPTV + OTT packages).
Monitor ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) and improve profitability.
6. Customer Retention & Experience
Work with support teams to reduce churn.
Handle escalated customer complaints related to sales promises or service issues.
Ensure proper onboarding and installation coordination.
7. Reporting & Analytics
Track KPIs: subscriber growth, churn rate, conversion rate, ARPU.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Use CRM tools to manage leads and customer data.
