About the role

We are looking for a visionary sales leader to spearhead our National Sales team and drive revenue growth across broadcasters, digital agencies, OTT platforms, and brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-value B2B sales, exceptional team leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the media and entertainment ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a pan-India sales strategy targeting broadcasters, agencies, OTTs, and direct brands. Lead market expansion efforts with a focus on subscription-based and enterprise solutions. ✔ Revenue Growth & Target Achievement: Own and exceed annual sales targets (INR 18+ Cr) through strategic client acquisition and retention. Identify new business opportunities and drive high-value partnerships. ✔ Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team to maximize productivity and revenue. Foster a results-driven culture with clear KPIs and incentive structures. ✔ Client & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers in media, advertising, and digital platforms. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure customer success and retention. ✔ Sales Process Optimization: Streamline lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion strategies. Leverage data-driven insights to refine sales approaches and improve win rates.
