Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to take ownership of our product lifecycle. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy and Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with business goals.
  2. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and product specifications.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
  4. Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the market.
  5. Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the product team, ensuring alignment and transparency.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
  2. Strong understanding of product management principles, agile methodologies, and SDLC.
  3. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or other product management software is a plus.
