What You'll Do: As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining the Validaide platform, a critical tool used by pharmaceutical companies and logistics providers worldwide. You will: Develop and maintain a consistent Design System and visual design language with well-defined core design principles and style guides. Design and maintain reusable UI components, from foundational elements (buttons, dialogs, inputs) to advanced components (charts, dashboards, gauges) Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design solutions. Create detailed design specifications and guidelines for development teams. Create user-centered visual designs for solutions that meet business and technical requirements Advocate for the end user, ensuring that user experience and usability are central to the design process Evaluate and suggest improvements to design processes and methodologies Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designed interfaces Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, align and communicate design decision to the project scope Create detailed user personas and user journeys based on research to guide design decisions Conduct user interviews and surveys to understand user needs, goals, behaviours and pain points Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of designs, incorporating user feedback into iterative improvements
