We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist - Google Ads Expert who can own, build, and scale our paid-acquisition strategy with precision, accountability, and global impact.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on performance marketing role for someone who truly understands the depth and nuance of Google’s advertising ecosystem.

You must have direct experience in:

• Setting up campaigns from scratch
• Selecting the right objectives, bidding strategies, and audience structures
• Monitoring performance in real time
• Running multivariate testing
• Optimizing based on cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and revenue outcomes
• Diagnosing issues inside Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution pathways
• Scaling campaigns efficiently without losing lead quality

You will be fully empowered with strategy, budgets, data, and creative direction — and you will be accountable for the revenue outcomes linked to your campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Google Ads Ownership

• Build, launch, and optimise Google campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Discovery, and Performance Max
• Manage keyword strategy, audience segmentation, landing page alignment, and conversion pathways
• Track all funnel metrics from impression to revenue attribution
• Maintain a constant optimisation cycle based on actual data, not guesswork

2. Global Performance Marketing Execution

• Run campaigns across multiple regions with differing regulations, audiences, and product nuances
• Interpret cross-market performance patterns and adjust campaigns accordingly

3. Analytics & Reporting

• Set up events, conversions, and revenue tracking
• Analyse data to produce weekly insights and revenue-linked performance findings
• Make decisions based on CAC, ROAS, CPL, lead quality, and conversion ratios
