Accelerator Experience Lab 🧪 Coordinator

We're looking for an Accelerator Experience Lab 🧪 Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Accelerator Experience Lab, which provides women with hands-on marketing experience through mock projects for real brands. Key responsibilities include: - Coordinating with brand partners to understand their project requirements and needs - Onboarding and managing a team of marketing interns to work on the brand projects - Ensuring projects are completed on time and to the brand's satisfaction - Providing feedback and support to the marketing interns - Organizing events, workshops, and other programming for the Accelerator Experience Lab - Maintaining documentation and reporting on program metrics The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar coordinator or project management role, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for supporting women in marketing.
