About the role
We're looking for you to join our Retention Campaigns Team, limited to 12 months.
Tasks
You'll develop and implement customer loyalty campaigns with the aim of preventing customer churn and increasing average revenue per user (ARPU) in Germany and Austria ¿ always ensuring that the measures are in line with the company's objectives
You'll develop cross-channel communication measures and work closely with external agencies to design target group-specific messages and offers along the customer journey
You'll also be responsible for developing and refining contact strategies and segmentation techniques to ensure a personalised and relevant approach
You'll monitor campaign performance, analyse results and derive optimisation measures to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and achieve the desired results
When analysing campaign performance and customer behaviour, you'll work with the data analysis team to make data-driven decisions and continuously optimise campaigns
In addition, you'll gather insights from customer feedback and issues to make campaign adjustments and increase customer satisfaction
You'll work closely with the data analysis and product team to continuously optimise campaigns based on customer data, feedback and product developments, ensuring a targeted, consistent and customer-centric approach
Requirements
You've a degree in media management, business administration or economics and, ideally, some initial experience in CRM communication or a similar field
You understand customer loyalty strategies for reducing customer churn and increasing ARPU and, ideally, have knowledge of direct marketing techniques
In addition to your ability to define customer segments and adapt marketing measures accordingly, you're distinguished by your analytical, conceptual, communicative and presentation skills
You describe yourself as proactive and your working style as independent
You've already had initial experience in optimising customer journeys to improve the customer experience with tailor-made product offers
You can demonstrate your ability to analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour data using tools such as Excel, and your interest in the television, sports and entertainment industries through practical experience
Good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint, as well as fluent English and German (spoken and written) round off your profile
