Role Description The Skin Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for delivering high-quality training in skin care, aesthetics, and related beauty services. This role involves planning and conducting theory and practical sessions, demonstrating professional techniques, and guiding learners on skin analysis, treatments, product usage, and client care protocols. The Skin Trainer will create lesson plans aligned with the academy’s curriculum and international standards, assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in developing industry-ready skills. The role also includes maintaining training equipment and materials, ensuring hygiene and safety compliance, and collaborating with the academic team to update content based on trends and new technologies in skin aesthetics. The trainer is expected to foster an inclusive, professional learning environment and contribute to student placement readiness through grooming, interview preparation, and professional conduct mentoring.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Communication skills to effectively deliver theory and practical sessions and guide diverse groups of learners.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sports Coaching and Physical Education, with the ability to integrate body wellness, posture, and lifestyle awareness into skin care training where relevant.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in areas such as Baseball or other sports, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and coaching mindset that support training and mentoring activities.
- Relevant qualifications in Beauty, Skin Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or related fields (diploma, certificate, or degree) are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or practitioner in skin care, aesthetics, or beauty services, preferably in an academy or salon environment.
- Knowledge of hygiene standards, safety protocols, and client consultation practices in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage classroom dynamics, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining student records, preparing presentations, and using digital learning tools.
