Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Therapist with prior experience in Laser Hair Reduction to join our team. The ideal candidate should come from a skin clinic or dermatology background and be passionate about delivering high-quality client care while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laser hair reduction procedures safely and effectively
- Assess client skin and hair types to recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per clinic protocols
- Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive experience
- Educate clients about procedures, pre-care, and post-care
- Actively promote and upsell clinic services and packages
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment details
Requirements:
- Prior experience in laser hair reduction is mandatory
- Background in a skin/dermatology clinic preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, proactive, and client-focused approach
Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
