Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Skin Therapist at Sikara Clinics located in Hyderabad. The Skin Therapist will be responsible for delivering a range of skin treatments, hair removal services, and beauty consultations tailored to clients' needs. Additional responsibilities include providing personalized skincare advice, maintaining a high standard of client service, and assisting with retail sales of products to enhance client results. The role requires collaboration with colleagues to create a seamless experience for clients while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of workspaces.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Skin Care and Cosmetology to perform high-quality treatments and provide professional advice.
- Skills in Hair Removal techniques to deliver effective and comfortable services to clients.
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills to build trust and ensure client satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of Sales to recommend appropriate products and services to clients.
- Certification in Cosmetology, Dermatology, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain hygiene standards in compliance with industry regulations.
- Prior experience in a skincare or beauty clinic is an advantage.
