Job Summary
We are hiring a Training Centre Partnership that has experience working with training centres, vocational institutes, colleges, placement partners, and government skill development programs.
The candidate should have strong networking skills and should be able to build ties with institutes similar to Tata STRIVE, corporate academies, technical training centres, and organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with training centres, institutes, and vocational academies
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation for institutional tie-ups
- Develop strong relationships with colleges, ITIs, polytechnic institutes, and placement partners
- Coordinate with government skill development programs and CSR projects
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and new training partners
- Identify candidate sourcing opportunities through institutional networks
- Work closely with internal teams for hiring and partnership requirements
- Maintain the database and records of partner institutions and tie-ups
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good network in training centres, and institutes
- Experience in cold calling and business development
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Understanding of the skill development ecosystem and institutional partnerships
