Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Skills Trainer to join our team on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Skills Trainer will deliver engaging training sessions, assisting participants in the development of life skills, soft skills, and professional capabilities. Responsibilities include designing customized training programs, preparing presentation materials, facilitating workshops, and offering individual support to trainees to ensure they achieve their development goals. The role emphasizes creating a positive and interactive learning environment that fosters communication, collaboration, and confidence building.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Training & Development, including creating and delivering effective training programs
- Proficiency in Presentation Skills to design and deliver impactful and professional materials
- Experience teaching Life Skills and Soft Skills to empower individuals for both personal and professional growth
- Exceptional Communication skills to engage participants and clearly convey ideas
- Ability to adapt and foster a collaborative, inclusive training environment
- Prior experience in educational or professional development roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
