Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities: - Design, develop and maintain highly scalable, fault tolerant, and high-performance Java-based microservices and distributed systems - Implement secure, robust, and high-performance APIs and services using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and other Java frameworks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and operate mission-critical systems - Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing sessions - Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their coding skills and best practices Requirements: - 8-12 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development - Proficient in designing and building microservices and distributed systems using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and other Java frameworks - Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms - Experience in working with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, etc. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills
