About the Role

We are looking for a Skilling Lead from the Education industry to drive end-to-end training and upskilling for our business teams. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role focused on enabling teams to deliver better learning outcomes and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ”น Onboarding & Job Readiness

  • Design and drive structured onboarding programs across Academics, Sales, and Account Management teams
  • Define and track role-specific readiness milestones

๐Ÿ”น Continuous Product & Curriculum Upskilling

  • Build and manage an ongoing upskilling roadmap
  • Translate curriculum/product updates into practical, role-based training

๐Ÿ”น Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor Team Leads and their teams
  • Drive performance, accountability, and team development

๐Ÿ”น Academics Support & Escalations

  • Enable teams to handle academic/customer escalations effectively
  • Build frameworks in collaboration with the Academics team

๐Ÿ”น Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Academics, Product, and OD teams to identify skill gaps
  • Use performance data to drive training interventions
Must-Have Requirement (Important)
  • Candidates must have prior experience in the Education Industry
  • Experience in Academic Training, Teacher Training, or Curriculum Delivery will be preferred
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 5โ€“8 years of experience in L&D / Training / Skilling roles
  • Experience in managing teams and stakeholders
  • Experience working with Schools, Training teachers
  • Strong understanding of academic delivery and training ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
