Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Skilled Pharma Professional, located in Bhiwadi. The role involves overseeing pharmaceutical processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, managing product development, conducting quality assurance activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Successful candidates will also monitor production, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and contribute to process optimizations aimed at achieving operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and compliance standards
- Expertise in regulatory guidelines and documentation specific to the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and process optimization skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
- Prior experience working in pharmaceutical production or a regulated environment
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology
