We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Angular Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge web applications. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams, ensuring exceptional technical delivery and a seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for leading the development of efficient, reusable, and reliable code, while also mentoring junior developers and staying abreast of the latest technologies.
Responsibilities :
Lead the development of complex and scalable web applications using Angular, Angular Material, and PrimeNG.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reusable code.
Implement best practices for front-end development, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
Become familiar with new technology areas in a short span of time.
Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver exceptional solutions.
Provide prompt and clear updates to clients and team members, ensuring a transparent and stress-free experience.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Ensure a good experience for the customer along with technical delivery.
Develop and maintain daily plans, progress reports, and updates.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Maintain a high level of communication.
Requirements :
7+ years of experience in front-end development.
Extensive experience with Angular (latest versions).
Proficiency in Angular Material and PrimeNG.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
Experience working with JSON data.
Experience with RESTful APIs.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, RxJS).
Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing (e.g., Jest, Karma, Protractor).
Experience with CI / CD pipelines.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with Micro frontend architecture.
