Role Description and Location
We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Skill Trainer (basic computer skills, soft skills, communication skills, job readiness, functional academics), designing and delivering training sessions for individuals with special needs.
Mylapore, Chennai
Responsibilities:
Train and support individuals with special needs in skill development
Design and deliver training sessions based on individual abilities
Maintain training records and documentation
Monitor progress and provide feedback
Requirements:
Preferably a Special Educator
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
Any degree can apply (B.Ed in Special Education – ID is an added advantage)
Proactive, adaptable, dynamic, willing to learn and committed to professional growth
Passion for teaching and mentoring
Willingness to adapt training methods to individual needs
